I am a mediator, conflict management coach, facilitator, and trainer. I support individuals to improve their conflict competencies, gain understanding and insight into their conflict, and resolve their issues.
As a trainer, I provide skills training in communication and conflict management for workplaces. As a Conflict Management Coach, I work one-on-one with clients to help them effectively engage in and manage their interpersonal conflicts. As a mediator, my focus is in workplace, small business, family business, community, non-profit, boards and business-to-business disputes. Whether working with pairs or teams, I support clients to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and improve workplace/organization functioning. I am active on the Alberta Court of Justice (civil claims) mediation roster. Prior to entering the field of conflict management, I was involved in marketing, advertising, media buying, consumer behaviour analysis, and project management. I bring diverse experience from my work with corporate and commercial enterprises, small and family businesses, tech start-ups, property management, non-profits, and multi-cultural societies. I believe effective communication and conflict management skills not only contribute to personal fulfillment and success but also provide financial benefits for businesses. |
