Rachel McDonald, Judith Lake and Michelle Simpson are the principals of RHouse, The Resolution Group Ltd., an Edmonton-based group of dispute resolution practitioners.

RHouse offers private mediation and arbitration services through its principals and acts as a referral source to other mediators and arbitrators or dispute resolution practitioners as required to best meet the clients' needs.

Rachel McDonald is a Chartered Mediator with a Certificate in Conflict Management from the Alberta Arbitration & Mediation Society (AAMS).  She is a mediator and trainer experienced in workplace, organizational and family mediation, specializing in separation and divorce.

Judith Lake is a Chartered Mediator trained through the AAMS.  Judith has over 14 years experience mediating and training in areas of family, divorce/separation, civil and workplace as well as facilitating restorative justice dialogues.

Michelle Simpson is an Arbitrator and a Qualified Mediator with a Certificate in Conflict Management through AAMS.  Michelle is also a practicing lawyer in Alberta with 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.
